Thank You!

CSTS–Arlington was an enormous success thanks to you! The final numbers are not yet in, but it looks like we raised over $3,000 for the charities!

Check back in the coming days for the final tally, photos of the event, and for the opportunity to purchase T-shirts and other gear.

Believe it or not, plans are already underway for CSTS 2010! We’ll have a two-day event next year to allow more folks to join in the fun. Can we sell out both dates? Please get in touch if you or your organization would like to help sponsor the event!

Wow! Browncoats have done it again! We've sold out the event.

Remember, there's a screening in Baltimore, June 26, 2009, 10 PM.

• We have another great item going on the auction block: A framed Serenity poster signed by the Joss-man himself!


• For all auction items, we'll accept PayPal, so bring your mobile device and bid high!


• We are thrilled to announce our special guests: Heather Fagan and Michael Dougherty from Browncoats: Redemption. They'll tell us about the upcoming movie and the great charities the film will benefit, and will give us a sneak peek at the movie.
  


• While the online store is closed, we will have several items for sale at the event, including some unique items we have special permission from Joss to offer!


• If you ordered items form our online store, please remember to bring your receipt to the Pre-sales table to pick up your order.

• Our Costume Contest will be different this year. Everyone will receive a ballot to vote on the best Male and Female entrants. The prizes are awesome so come dressed as your favorite Firefly, Serenity, or Dr. Horrible character.

Pendants are almost sold out, but we may acquire a few more for sale at the event.

Auction Results!

The bidding is over and the auction has ended. We raised over $500 for our charities! Thanks to all who bid to make our auction a success!

Remember, pre-orders for many of the items in the store will close at noon on Friday. So start shopping!

The auction ends Monday evening (May 11), and orders for T-shirts, posters, and patches end at noon on Friday, May 15.

The Arlington CSTS Auction will open this evening at 7 pm this evening. We'll update this page with the link. To whet your appetite, some the items include:

Mark your Calendars!

• The 2009 CSTS screening will be on Saturday, June 27th at 1:00 pm at the Arlington Cinema 'N Drafthouse. We'll let you know when tickets go on sale.


• We're screening Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog as well as Serenity! Come see Dr. Horrible and Captain Hammer on the big screen!
  

• Pre-sales for T-shirts and other fun gear will begin on April 15. Check out the great 2009 t-shirt and poster designs.


• The online auction will begin May 1st and will last for 2 weeks. We have great autographed items as well as some one-of-a-kind pieces. Check back here on May 1 for the link to the auction.
  

Winter Update

The Global and Local teams are hard at work getting things organized for this summer's shindig. We'll have more details in Spring, but some teasers:

• We'll be watching more than just Serenity!
• We'll have a balloted costume contest, so get your costumes together
• We're getting some HOT entertainment!
• Look out for an online auction of some great items
